I’m Elsa Mehary. I help founders and executives build the structure behind what they're creating and the narrative that makes it land.

  • My background spans psychology — BA from Dartmouth — and two decades as an Art Director across 13 major media titles including Time Inc, Hearst, Condé Nast, and The New York Times. I've led creative teams, built brands from the ground up, developed operational frameworks, and created advisory systems that help people translate complex ideas into structured, influential work.

    I also write and think publicly about cultural pattern recognition, the future of creative power, and who gets to author meaning in a rapidly shifting landscape. That work informs everything I do with clients — because the context your business operates in matters as much as the business itself.

  • I work at the intersection of design, systems thinking, and cultural intelligence. I see patterns before they become obvious. I find where structure is working against story, where story is working against sale, and where both need to be rebuilt from the foundation up.

    This isn't polish. It's architecture. And the difference shows up in your revenue, your positioning, and how people talk about you when you're not in the room.
