Before creating a visual identity, positioning a founder, or designing a new experience, I identify the hidden structures shaping perception, behavior, trust, and communication.
Once the system is clear, strategy, communication, and design become coherent expressions of it.
Every project starts by understanding what already exists before deciding what needs to change.
Sometimes the answer is refinement.
Sometimes it's reinvention.
The goal is the same:
Build the right system before building the expression.
Identity should never be decoration.
It should be architecture.
I work with founders, executives, institutions, and organizations at moments of transition.
